We appreciated this place. Had a very nice stay for a visit to Vienna. Nice location to St Stephen's Cathedral made it easy to get to key attractions;)))

Facilities were good, nevertheless Wi-Fi was bad.

The location here is convenient, close to a tube station, and my studio suite had modern amenities like a dishwasher, refrigerator, and electric kettle.

Nothing good that I can say about this place

It is very far from the city center, dirty, the appartment smell very terrible, the neighborhood is not the one that make you feel safe. Be sure that you know about the over charge of 35 euro for cleaning In 3 wards: don't take it

All in all everything was excellent, had an excellent stay for a visit to Vienna. The room was huge and included a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. The staff were outstandingly accommodating when we arrived. It was about 25 km from the airport.

We booked a deluxe apartment with good facilities. the staff was amicable and provided friendly services. - the room had comfortable beds, a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave. - the hotel's location was perfect, close to St Stephen's Cathedral.

Special note of thanks to manager. Location, an easy walk to davidgasse. The hotel was situated right by the Starhemberg-Kaserne bus stop, just 5 minutes walking distance...

It was nice hotel comparing with the price per night. the furniture was new. with LCD. TV.

There was no enough man power as only two persons doing almost everything. & no room service.

Studio suite equipped with all the necessary utensils for a family vacation. Unbeatable and marvelous location near public transport. - Very close to the center, Tram Station, Turkish and Austrian markets, as well as shops and supermarkets.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Though the apartment isn't in the city center, the transportation was convenient.

The Wi-Fi is very slow and sometimes didn't work at all. The ac is just blowing air, and not cooling the apartment! The last floor is very hot in summer , at day time and night !! We were 2 adult and 2 teenagers in a studio apartment.The sofa bed isn't suitable for 2 persons ( too narrow and hard ! ) The staff is having a bit trouble with English... We were told when we did the reservation that on our last day we would have the option to leave our luggage in a luggage room, when we searched the room on that day, we were told there there is no room like that at all... (Eventually the staff kindly gave us the option to keep our luggage in the apartment until 4 pm.. Though the cleaner already been there..) The neighborhood seems like an immigrants neighborhood, not a big deal at all but there were nights when we saw a group of drunk teenagers next to a Cafe-internet shop right across the street, the shouts were between local neighbors, asking for silence, and the teenagers. We paid by cash, and though we asked several times, a receipt wasn't given ! Over all , good value for money!

Excellent stay ! Clean, modern; friendly staff... Well sized appartments... If needed parking lot available... Vienna centre conveniently situated...will come again!

The friendly staff were helpful, providing extra items like a socket plug and giving suggestions on things to do.

Top price for 4 people, very friendly staff, full equipped kitchen, A/C was perfect, nice view from the rooftop terrace, only 10 minutes to railway.
